Fellow Agents: I am in need of a 6-month rental for Canadian customers of mine who plan to arrive in mid October and leave in mid April or at the end of April. The home or condo must have at least 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2700+ square feet, have a pool, be turnkey furnished, be well maintained, etc. Additionally, there must be a local manager my customers can contact in case of maintenance issues and questions about the house or condo.
