Very particular customer visiting in March would like a large modern home with a pool. Ideally, at least 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms and 4000+ sq feet. Would like the home to be in a great neighborhood in Sarasota or fairly close to IMG. Customer would like a water view and privacy if possible.
