Single Family Home: Waterfront – Open Water (not a canal)

I have a client arriving tomorrow for the week that is looking for a house with waterfront to open waters (Gulf or Ocean Bay, not a canal), preferably with a boat lift. They are looking in Bird Key, St Armand’s, Lido, west of the trail, Siesta Key (north part only) or Longboat key (not further than Country Club Shores) and their budget is up to $7M. I have reviewed with them what’s in MLS so I’m looking for listings that are coming to the market or selling privately. Please let me know if you know of anything that matches this criteria.

Buyer Need on Manasota Key

Buyer looking for a single family home, preferably gulf front but open to the bayside. Can need work but would like it to at least be livable. Must have gulf to bay access. Willing to spend up to $3.5M PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING COMING UP! 🙂
