I have a client arriving tomorrow for the week that is looking for a house with waterfront to open waters (Gulf or Ocean Bay, not a canal), preferably with a boat lift. They are looking in Bird Key, St Armand’s, Lido, west of the trail, Siesta Key (north part only) or Longboat key (not further than Country Club Shores) and their budget is up to $7M.
